Eye Exercise Routine
  1. Quick Blinking: Blink rapidly for 10 seconds, then gaze straight ahead for another 10 seconds. (Repeat 3 times)
  2. Eye Rotation: Close your eyes and start rotating your eyeballs left-right-up-down. (4 repetitions)
  3. Vertical Gazing: With your eyes closed, look up and down. (4 repetitions)
  4. Tight Squeeze and Open: Tightly squeeze your eyes shut, then suddenly open them wide. (Repeat 5 times)
  5. This routine can help relieve eye strain and improve eye health.
